Sunplus is particularly shifting towards a consumer-centric distribution model through its differentiated product planning. To stay in sync with the times, the company is diversifying its sales channels beyond high-end department stores, including online sales and platform distribution. It’s also working to boost the popularity of easy-to-eat domestic fruits, including small and medium-sized varieties and new types of domestic produce.
