To stay ahead of the curve, we’ve thoroughly revamped our brand and product competitiveness by closely monitoring travel trends, and we’ve since dedicated our company-wide resources to elevating the customer experience. The key driver behind Hana Tour’s resurgence in the pandemic era is Hana Pack 2.0.

To let customers fully immerse themselves in the joy of travel, the company has boldly eliminated group shopping, a long-standing complaint about package tours. To enhance the product’s overall quality, we’ve incorporated guide and article expenses into the product price in a transparent manner, and carefully tailored the offerings to meet the needs of travelers, including trendy hotspots, hidden gems, and city-center hotel stays. Following this, Hana Tour’s Customer Satisfaction Index (HCSI) saw a significant jump from 77 points in 2019 to 85 points in 2025.

Hana Tour is pioneering a new era of travel, offering unique experiences that cater to diverse customer tastes, such as “Hana Original,” a bespoke tour that showcases its exceptional planning prowess, “Our Own Tour,” a private trip tailored just for our group, and “Mingling Tour” and “Mingling Tour Light,” which connect with the interests of the 2030 generation. To complement this, the company has added a range of products, including “My Way” – a tailored package for independent travelers – and “Local Tour Plus”, which offers expert guides’ personalized care.
