Gangnam Center accurately diagnoses the health status of customers on the basis of ▲distinguished medical practitioners, ▲high-tech medical equipment and ▲ accumulated big data, and manages identified risk factors. Gangnam Center completed the world-class health improvement system, that includes ‘early detection, treatment, and prevention’ of diseases through its infrastructure.

Gangnam Center drew attention by implementing the smart health check system without charts, tags, or papers for the first time as a single medical center in 2019. Gangnam Center enabled each individual to fill out a health check list and read the health check results using a mobile device using the App ‘Health Pilot’ . ‘Health Pilot’ will add the convenient functions, including mobile payment and e-prescriptions. It will be ultimately developed as the digital health care platform, continuously helping to check health and prevent diseases by collecting and analyzing life log data (records of the daily life of individuals).

Gangnam Center was also highlighted for designing ‘My own health check program’, the only program considering the medical history of an individual and his/her family and reducing ineffective and meaningless medical checks. A custom medical check program is produced by reflecting the medical guideline to ▲medical check items recommended by the doctor, ▲ medical check on new symptoms, and individual needs. In particular, Gangnam Center enhanced satisfaction by developing an algorithm proposing an optimized medical check program on the basis of medical examinations using big data accumulated from 2020 for medical counseling.

Gangnam Center is fulfilling its roles as the clinical preventive medicine leader as well as medical examination facility. Gangnam Center builds a database with an extensive amount of health examination data and systematically manages it as well as investigating data using various approaches. Gangnam Center publishes about 100 SCI-class (Science Citation Index) academic papers in international journals every year through such endeavors.

Gangnam Center is globally recognized for its superior medical examination service and system. Gangnam Center is dispatching medical staff to Vietnam, training medical practitioners, and providing operation consulting through the execution of a business agreement on medical examination with Vinmec International Hospita in May 2022.
