SEOMSEOM YEOSU

Moreover, no matter when you visit Yeosu, there are a variety of seasonal delicacies to enjoy, including dodari ssukguk (a soup with ridged-eye flounder and mugwort) and seodae hoe-muchim (spicy seasoned tongue sole) in spring, gaetjang-eo shabu-shabu (shabu-shabu with pike eel) in summer, galchi jorim (braised cutlassfish) and jeon-eohoe (fresh gizzard shad slices) or grilled jeon-eo (gizzard shad) in autumn, and saejogae shabu-shabu (shabu-shabu with egg cockle) and grilled oysters in winter.
