In April last year, as part of its strategy to become an AI-powered hotel, Walkerhill launched the AI Healthcare Pilot Program, presenting a future vision of AI-driven hospitality, and has continued to introduce new services in line with evolving trends. These include the Web3-based membership program W.XYZ, featuring Korea’s first hotel offerings such as the Harrington Car Driving Program and the Village Hotel Project.

To further enhance the guest experience, Walkerhill has renewed TENEZ Park and continues to launch fresh seasonal content such as the Walkie Program, Cultural Salon, and Park Concerts, expanding the definition of hotel services. In addition, Walkerhill leads the way in ESG management by reducing plastic usage through in-room water purifiers and launching an ESG Product Zone in the hotel lobby.
