Haenam Kimchi Cabbage filled with nutrients growing up with the sea breeze

‘Haenam Kimchi Cabbage’ is grown in quality red clay iwith a warm oceanic climate. Haenam Kimchi Cabbage is not frozen in the fields, even during a snowy winter and gets firmly packed and textured during the growth period of about 90 days. Thus, it does not easily soften while making Kimchi. After making Kimchi, it is sweet and chewy. It also has anti-aging and skin care effects with rich nutrients and fibers, including minerals, as it is grown with the sea breeze.

Haenam Kimchi Cabbage is the main ingredient of Kimchi, the traditional fermented food of Korea. About 80% of the winter cabbage yield of Korea is produced in Haenam.

Haenam Kimchi Cabbage is proud of its fame and quality, being registered as Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) No. 11, certifying trademark rights combining ‘place name (Haenam) and goods (Kimchi cabbage)’ with its representative value and superior quality.
