Mirae Asset also gives the information on the types of financial fraud, including smishing and pharming to the financially vulnerable class, including the elderly, the disabled, and those in the low-income bracket and provides lecture videos on how to prevent and deal with such financial fraud.

Mirae Asset provides a homepage including web access authentication, visible ARS service, voice recognition service and a counseling chatting service for the information for the vulnerable, including the disabled and the elderly to reduce any inconvenience in using the services.
