KIA Members, the membership brand implemented by KIA for the first time in the automotive industry in 2006, provides custom membership services for electric cars, launching the ‘KIA EV Members’ in 2021 and ‘KIA EV Members Taxi’ in 2022.

KIA Members can save from 50,000 to one million points depending on the number and model of new car purchases. The points can be used like cash for purchasing a car or in Auto Q service or partner shops in Korea. KIA Members has about 7.2 million members as of 2023.

KIA has expanded the partnerships accepting points acquired through KIA Members including ▲ car insurance, ▲ fuel/charging, ▲ restaurants, and ▲ shopping places. Three exclusive KIA Members cards classify the membership per model, including passenger car/SUV, compact car, or electric car. Members can use the benefits of a Hyundai Credit Card and KIA Members with one card. For car maintenance, members can use regular maintenance service 8 times for 8 years and use the points in Car & Life Mall on the KIA Members website.

‘KIA EV Members’ and ‘KIA EV Members Taxi’ provide custom service for electric cars, including ▲charging service, ▲ EV care program, and ▲ EV goods. In particular, charging roaming service enabling the use of 96% of charging stations in Korea and the subscription charging rate ‘KIA Green Pass’ enhanced the convenience of charging, the key element in using electric cars.

KIA Members tries to provide the best values and experience by continuing earnest communication on the basis of a mobile-based communication platform for clients.
