Kia Members implements 3 kinds of membership programs in consideration of the segmented customers’ needs.

Including Kia Members for customers using existing internal combustion engine vehicles, Kia EV Members is only for customers using electric vehicles, and Kia EV Members Taxi was launched as the exclusive membership service for owner-driver taxis using electric vehicles, Kia Members implemented the membership services in consideration of the features and needs of each driver.

In particular, Kia Members launched the Kia EV Members Taxi, the exclusive membership program for owner-driver taxis using electric vehicle along with the launch of the Niro Plus, the first PBV (Purpose Built Vehicle) by Kia. Kia Members will provide specialized benefits for Kia owners, which never existed before, including meal coupons in restaurants for owner-driver taxis, KakaoT related vouchers, and articles for pleasant long drives. In particular, charging roaming services were upgraded to relieve inconveniences in charging, which is the most serious problem among electric vehicle users and the ‘Kia Green Pass’, the subscription-based charging cost system is provided as a new service.
