Q1. What kinds of company is KGB Logistics Group?

‘KGB leads the moving culture only by service quality’.

The phrase above is written on the cover page of the moving service manual distributed to all KGB moving agencies in Korea. It’s also the management philosophy. KGB Logistics Company has been implementing innovative systems, including the real-name moving service, direct trade, the small business owner system, and the standard rate system. KGB started the moving and packing service in 1986, as the first in Korea.

Providing moving service on the basis of the standard moving service manual, KGB was the first and only KS-certified moving service provider in the moving service industry.

Q2. What does it mean to get KS certification for the first time in the moving service industry in Korea?

The scope of the moving services was not clear because there were no moving service standards. As the KS moving service certification system was started in 2018, detailed standard service was established.

Although KGB provided the standard service using the in-house moving service manual, KGB can provide the moving and packing service on the basis of KS moving service standards, the national standards, by acquiring the KS moving service certification.

Q3. What service philosophies do you generally emphasize?

I devote every spare moment to check every customer’s requests before the start of moving process and keep the promise to every customer, immediately notify customers of any scratches during the moving and packing process and take the proper actions, check every space with customers after completing the moving and packing process and review if there is anything to supplemented, and review the work of the day, even for a short time with all team members.

Such actions are the basics for service and the difference in basics is the most important element determining the quality of the moving service.

Q4. KGB Logistics Group has been operating a variety of brands. Why did you diversify the brands?

‘KGB Packing and Moving’ has been securing its position as the representative packing and moving service in Korea by expanding the moving markets, including home moving, group moving, company moving, and overseas moving.

yes2404 provides the packing and moving service with a new concept, which introduced the small business owner’s real name system, the standard rate system, direct trade service, and the service assessment system for the first time in Korea.

yes2424 introduced and has been implementing the real-name system, direct trade, the standard rate system, and the customers’ review system. Ycap provides service specialized for studio and small-scale moving.

Q5. What are the future visions of the KGB Group?

Our mission is to support all moving service members of the KGB Logistics Group for successful business operations.
