Incheon’s tap water brand, Incheon Haneulsu, has been awarded the Grand Prize in the Tap Water category at the “2025 16th Korea National Brand Awards (NYF K-NBA)” for the third consecutive year. The brand was developed together with citizens from its name to its official logo. It embodies the value of “clean water gifted from the skies of Incheon, the advanced international city with a world-class airport.” Now in its fourth year since its official launch, Incheon Haneulsu is becoming even more familiar to the public through various citizen engagement events. To enhance brand awareness, the Incheon Metropolitan City Waterworks Headquarters is carrying out a wide range of promotional efforts, including △online and offline campaigns, △the expansion of official social media channels, △advertising through media and broadcasting, and △running the Incheon Haneulsu Science Class program.

To realize its brand vision of “leading realization of clean values,” Incheon Haneulsu has achieved several key milestones including △ the first among Korea’s six major metropolitan cities to obtain the international ISO 22000 certification(Food Safety Management Systems), △expansion of its advanced water purification facilities and △adopttion of a smart water management system. In addition, the brand is actively pursuing social value initiatives, such as △the production of eco-friendly label-free bottled water(water produced in a bottle and sold) and △the implementation of energy-saving plans, solidifying its position as a sustainable water brand.
