DB Insurance has been ranked first in the Non-Life Insurance category at the 2025 16th National Brand Awards of Korea (NYF K-NBA), marking its fifth consecutive year as the leader in the National Brand Competitiveness Index (NCI). The KOREA-National Brand Awards, organized by New York Festivals, one of the three major advertising festivals in the world, calculates the NCI by evaluating brands based on criteria such as △ brand awareness, △ representativeness, △ customer satisfaction, and △ global competitiveness, and select the award-winning brands.

DB Insurance has maintained its top position for five years in a row in the non-life insurance category by consistently practicing “consumer-centered management” and providing “innovative services.” In particular, the company has established a brand image as an insurance company that “protects family love and safety” by setting “Promise with Customers” as its core value and running consistent brand campaigns such as △“The world is connected by promises,” △ “I’m glad we promised,” △ “Promised play,” and △ “Promises fulfilled.”

Additionally, DB Insurance is driving various innovative initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction, such as △ digital-based personalized insurance services, △ ucustomer support using artificial intelligence (AI) and big data, and △ strengthening ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) management. These efforts have contributed to enhancing brand trust and customer satisfaction.
