Dongwon F&B’s premium dairy brand ‘Denmark’ was established through a joint venture between Korea and Denmark in 1985 to contribute to the development of Korea’s dairy industry and provide high-quality dairy products. Made in the style of Denmark, a leading dairy nation, products are fresher and healthier.

Currently, Dongwon F&B offers over 110 Danish dairy products, including milk, fermented milk, cheese, plant-based beverages, and probiotic drinks. Representative products include △ ‘Denmark Drinking Yogurt,’ with cumulative sales exceeding 1 billion units over 30 years, △the top-selling snack cheese in Korea (based on Nielsen Korea), ‘Denmark In-pocket Cheese,’ and △’Denmark Danish Milk,’ made from Grade 1A milk.

Recently, Dongwon F&B launched the premium fermented milk brand ‘Denmark Hej!’ and entered the liquid fermented milk market. ‘Hej!’ is a Danish greeting meaning health and well-being, conveys a message to consumers about a healthy lifestyle through Danish probiotics. Under the sub-brand ‘Denmark Hej,’ Dongwon F&B introduces premium products containing probiotics and various functional ingredients of Denmark, the leading country of dairy products. The first product in this line is the liquid fermented yogurt, ‘Denmark Hej Yogurt,’ which helps to improve the health of intestines by Danish probiotics guaranteeing 100 billion CFU (Colony-Forming Units) and also contains patented respiratory probiotics developed by GC Wellbeing. It also contains zinc for immune function and calcium and vitamin D to promote bone formation. Moreover, its sugar content is over 35% lower than the average of the top three liquid fermented milk products.

Furthermore, Dongwon F&B has selected actress Shin Ye-eun and virtual humans for a family concept as the Denmark brand models and is building its brand world through extensive campaigns. It recently held a Denmark dairy product giveaway event for university students and job seekers. Dongwon F&B is also engaging in experiential marketing by participating in sports and cultural events, such as ‘Hangang Night Walk.’ Dongwon F&B plans to actively expand its online and offline marketing activities through various SNS short-form content and pop-up stores in the future.
