The joint brand ‘Goodtrae’ from Buyeo County was developed in December 2003 and celebrates its 20th anniversary this year. It represents the finest products produced from the rich land with fertile soil and the pristine natural environment of Buyeo. It symbolizes ‘good nature’ as a blend of the English word ‘Good’ and the tree symbolizing nature.

Among the agricultural and specialty products produced in Buyeo County, excellent products that have undergone rigorous screening are granted the right to use the brand every two years. A total of 694 organizations were approved for the 10th term. In accordance with the value assessment survey in 2023, the Goodtrae brand was evaluated with a nationwide recognition rate of 48.5% and a monetary value of 392.9 billion won. Goodtrae has been enhancing its awareness and reliability through strict quality management and multidimensional promotion for realizing the value of ‘good products in good fields’. Goodtrae is striving to leap beyond being a representative joint brand of agricultural and specialty products in Korea with historical and authentic significance, aiming to become a global brand.
