SK Securities ranked first in the National Brand Competitiveness Index (NCI) in the ESG Management (Responsible Management) category at the 2025 16th National Brand Awards of Korea (NYF K-NBA), marking its third consecutive win. The New York Festival’s National Brand Awards honor the most competitive brands in Korea, recognized as national assets.

SK Securities achieved the highest score in the ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) management category, reaffirming its position as a leader in sustainable finance. In 2022, the company became the first domestic securities firm to receive approval from the Science Based Targets Initiative (SBTi) and proactively practiced transparent climate disclosures by publishing a report on the Taskforce on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD).

In 2023, SK Securities joined the United Nations Environment Programme Finance Initiative (UNEP FI) and became the first domestic private financial institution to gain accreditation as a Green Climate Fund (GCF) certification body, strengthening its presence in the global green finance market. Additionally, in 2024, the company joined the Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD), integrating biodiversity protection and environmental risk management into its ESG strategy. SK Securities is also in compliance with the IFRS S2, a climate-related risk and opportunity disclosure standard, further refining its ESG management system in line with global standards.
