NYF K-NBA, The first national brand project with New York Festivals

New York Festivals is an international award competition that was established in 1957 and has been evaluating innovative achievements of industries around the world for 65 years under the International Awards Group (IAG). It is an international advertising award with the most variety of media and fields. It boasts world-class authority as one of the world’s three major international advertising awards along with the Cannes Lions and Clio Awards. About 50,000 works are submitted every year from more than 65 countries around the world. The competition is composed of 181 categories including 52 categories in TV, film, and documentaries (it contains 17 categories in advertisement); 72 categories in publications and magazines; and 57 categories in radio. It selects the best entries with 300 representative juries from countries in categories like “World Best Works”, “World’s Best Advertising”, “World’s Best Advertising”, and “World’s Best Television & Films”.
NYF K-NBA is the first national brand project hosted by New York Festivals.

NYF KOREA-National Brand Awards

Traversing the global market with “K-industry/place/cultural brands”

NYF K-NBA discovers, certifies, and awards the most valuable and competitive national brands as Korea’s national assets. NYF K-NBA, an optimal global platform for brand innovation and value creation, introduces the outstanding K-industry, place, and cultural brands discovered through the competition to consumers around the world. NYF K-NBA selects 64 brands by evaluation based on the National Brand Competitiveness Index (NCI) including the Best NCI Brands (Industrial Brands and Place Brands) per categories, Cultural Brands (institutions, works, and individuals) based on public evaluation, and the New York Festivals Hall of Fame. The results are presented via the website of New York Festivals KOREA AWARDS and the Chosun Ilbo, the best daily newspaper in Korea.
